This was the intention when designing the brand story to promote the #ritzcarltonkl theme for the property and key experiences such as award-winning cuisine, afternoon high tea, suite accommodations, and private spa – the objective was to give The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Kuala Lumpur a cohesive look and feel, with experiential, eye-catching visuals drawing the reader into the stories through visuals, content, marketing, and social media.
